The primary product offering from Global One Financial, Inc. (G1) is a commercial lending program designed to fund Leveraged Planning™ programs implemented by business owners, physicians and other entrepreneurs. Leveraged Planning programs are available from financial service professionals throughout the United States.
G1 offers clients with access to industry-leading loan terms and a streamlined approval process that often results in loan approvals in as little as 48 hours. The primary documentation requirements for access to G1 loan funding include:
- A completed Personal Data Form (PDF)
- Complete corporate financials
- Corporate tax returns (at least 2 years)
- Articles of incorporation
- Personal tax returns
Term
G1 offers variable loan terms (from 10-20 years) with the option for end-of-term renewal. The minimum loan amount for Leveraged Planning
program funding is $100,000.
Interest Rate
The rate structure for G1 loans varies according to the requirements of the borrower. Currently, G1 offers the following rate structures:
- Floating rates
- Managed rates
- Fixed rates
